What an eye opening experience!

I had the utmost honor of being able to go to London and meet everyone on the Team. It was such a thrilling experience being out of Asia for the first time on my own, it really forced me to learn a lot of things and get comfortable with being independent.

At IRIS, the small UX team was made up of Alex, Rita, and Melanie (what a powerhouse)!

The UX arm IRIS steered a lot of our projects and it was so insightful to see how teams were being run like that. The team focused a lot on research and gave direction to the other creatives on the project.

Therefore, a huge project that I undertook was for a tech company on how to improve educational effectiveness on their platform for their sales users. Therefore, a huge part of my time was researching how we can build educational material for the highest adoption rate.
